Spreading cheer to staff with 5890 greetings (as of June 2022) since June 2018! With over 870 users, sharing SMILES has become second nature to many.

Employee Engagement Ambassador (EEA) Programme

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AMBASSADOR (EEA) PROGRAMME

The EEA Programme was created in 2018 to build on the results of the Employee Engagement Survey (EES). It brings together SMU staff from all departments to collaborate on growing engagement in SMU.

Since its launch in 2019, IDEAS@SMU has seen 1 in 3 of the suggestions received being implemented across SMU, with over 800 upvotes for all the suggestions in IDEAS@SMU combined.
